Tea Egg recipe
6-12 hardboiled eggs
water
3 black tea bags
1/4C of soy sauce
2 tbsp of sugar

Crack the eggs all around but do not peel. Put in a pot and add enough water cover the eggs. Add the tea, soy sauce and sugar. Boil on low for 20 to 30 minutes. Enjoy hot or cold. I like it cold better and i think it taste better when it sits in the sauce over night.

Folded by Veera Valimaki using Madelintosh Sport in Masala, US size 4 needle. I used a crochet provision cast on for the sleeves at the point where the body joins the the sleeves. After finishing the body, I ripped out the waste yarn and knit the sleeves down. I used Ysolda's tubular bind off method on the sleeves. I did an i-cord bind off and a single crochet around the neck to tighten it. 

Crochet Giraffe by Emma Dent using size G hooks out of various worsted weight machine washable yarn. I love it!

Kids Mitten using US size 0, 2.0mm needles out of the Knitpicks Felici in the Cheer colorway. Cast On using  extra stretchy cast on, 48 stitches.

It is currently on hold until the fall when the weather gets cooler or when I can bring myself to knit on it again for all that ripping out and reknitting.

How do you go about ensuring sweater fit?

My favorite tea is Tie Guan Yin. All white, green and black teas are made from the same tea plant. The variation lies in the oxidation process.
